Founder & Owner
Penny has been keeping books and preparing returns for Tennessee business owners since 1990 — more than thirty-five years of tax seasons, payroll runs, audits weathered and businesses talked through the hard years. She grew up in Lebanon, and she still works from the same part of the state where most of her clients live.
Her faith comes first and it shows up as plain honesty about the numbers, whether or not that is what a client hoped to hear. Family is the reason the practice exists at all — it was built around raising one, and it has now become one. She loves this country and the people who get up early and build something in it.
Managed business services is not a product line to Penny. It is a calling to stand between an owner and the pile of paperwork that would otherwise keep them up at night.
Operations & Client Systems
Brandon is Penny's son, raised in Carthage and raising four of his own. He builds the systems behind the practice — the document processing, the reporting, and the tooling that lets a small team carry a book of clients far larger than its size, without anything falling through a crack.
He came up in the trades and small business before he came into this work, so he has sat on the other side of the desk: the payroll that has to clear Friday, the notice from the state, the invoice nobody paid. God, family and country are the order he keeps things in, and the work is how he provides for the first two and contributes to the third.
His job is to make sure that what Penny promises a client, the practice can actually deliver — consistently, and on time.
These are not decorations on a website. They are the reason we answer the phone the way we do.
